Fernand Carrez (born October 28, 1905) was a Belgian hockey player. He played for the Belgian National Team at the 1936 Winter Olympics, and at the 1949 World Championship. He was also a reserve at the 1939 tournament.

Carrez played for Cercle des Sports d’Hiver de Bruxelles for most of his club career, but also spent time with Brussels Royal IHSC (1933-1935; 1949-1950).
