Euleterijus Kazimieras Bacinskas (July 4, 1916 - September 1978) was a Lithuanian hockey player. He played four games for the Lithuanian National Team at the 1938 World Championship, scoring one goal.

Bacinskas was born in Scotland, although he grew up in Vilkaviskis, Lithuania. He moved to the United States after the war, and settled down in the Chicago area.
