Emil Maesciuc (1907-1945) was a Romanian hockey player. He played a total of eight games for the Romanian National Team at the World Championships in 1935, 1937, and 1938.
At the club level, Maesciuc played for Jahn Cernauti from 1930-1934 and Dragos Voda Cernauti from 1934-1940. He won the national championship with them in 1938.
Maesciuc perished in a Soviet concentration camp in 1945.
