Ladislaus Edmund "Edi" Dietrich (February 1, 1914 - September 1997) was a Romanian hockey player. He played four games for the Romanian National Team at the 1935 World Championship.
At the club level, Dietrich was a member of Jahn Cernauti from 1933-1940. He then left Romania and went on to play for Wiener AC and Wiener EG in Austria.
