Clemensnäs HC‏‎ is a men's ice hockey team from Ursviken, which is just outside of Skellefteå in Sweden. The club was formed through the merger of Clemensnäs IF and Rönnskärs IF. Originally the team was named Clemensnäs/Rönnskärs IF or CRIF. The team was a member of the Hockeyettan Norra as of the 2024-25 season.

The club's roots go back to 1925 when both of the merged teams were founded. Each of the original teams played at the top level for three seasons. Rönnskärs IF played in Swedish Division I for 1957-58, 1959-60, and 1965-66. Clemensnäs IF played for 1963-64, 1966-67, and 1969-70. After the teams merged they were able to get back to Division 1 but it was no longer the top division. Following the 2011-12 season the team moved down to Swedish Division 2 due to economic reasons. The team would remain there until getting promoted to Hockeyettan for the 2023-24 season.
