Club olympique de Billancourt was a sports club in Boulogne-Billancourt, France. The ice hockey team played four seasons in the top-level 1re série during the 1940s and 1950s.

In 1949, CO Billancourt finished third in the Paris Group of the first round. They failed to qualify for the final round. After claiming the 2e série championship in 1950, the club returned to the top tier league.

They finished second in the Paris Group in 1951, and thus qualified for the final round of the championship. After falling 8-2 to Racing Club de France and 7-3 to Chamonix HC, Billancourt had to settle for a third place finish.

After a second place finish in the Paris Group in 1952, the club reached the final round for the second straight season. However, due to heavy snowfall, the final tournament was postponed. Instead, it was decided that one team from each initial group (Alpes and Paris) would meet for the championship. Billancourt was selected from the Paris Group to face Chamonix HC of the Alpes Group. Chamonix won the final 6-3, leaving Billancourt as French runners-up.

The club finished in fourth and last place in the final tournament in 1953, their final season played.
