The Braves Ice Hockey Club was founded in Melbourne, Australia, in 1997. The club plays out of the Medibank Icehouse and the Olympic Ice Rink in Oakleigh.

The Braves compete in the Victorian Championship and have won the A-league premiership in 2007, 2012, and 2015.

The organization also field teams in the lower-level Premier Reserve, C1, and C2 divisions of the Victorian league.
