Brünner EV

Brünner EV was among the first ice hockey clubs to be formed in Brno, Czechoslovakia, in the 1920s.[1] They were composed of ethnic Germans.

Some of the club's frequent opponents were DSK Třebíč, SK Horácká Slavia Třebíč, SK Královo Pole, VS Brno, Troppauer EV Opava, Olmützer EV, and Jägerndorfer EV. In 1926, Brünner EV tied DSK Třebíč 1-1.[2]

They played in the Moravian-Silesian (Mahrische-Schleshien) division of the German Association Championship during the 1930s. Brünner EV also took part in many international club matches in the 1920s and 1930s.
