Atlas Diesels IF was an ice hockey team in Nacka, Sweden, that operated under the sports club of the same name.

History

The club was founded in 1938. Since many club members worked for Atlas Diesel, a local industrial company, it chose the name of Atlas Diesels IF. When the company changed its name to Atlas Copco in 1956, the sports club followed suit, becoming Atlas Copco IF.

The ice hockey section frequently participated in the top-level Swedish Division I as well as the single-elimination Swedish Championship during the 1940s and 1950s.

In 1976 the hockey section merged with Nacka SK and Skuru IF to form NSA-76. It changed its name to Nacka HK in 1980.
