Adam Kowalski (December 19, 1912 - December 9, 1971) was an Polish hockey player. He was a long-time member of the Polish National Team, playing in seven major tournaments between 1932 and 1948.
Kowalski spent his entire (20+ year) club career with KS Cracovia.
The Lodowisko im. Adama „Rocha” Kowalskiego ice rink in Krakow bears his name.
