The 2023-24 Polish Cup was won by GKS Tychy. The top four teams in the Polska Liga Hokejowa after the first round qualified for the Polish Cup.

- 12/29: GKS Tychy - Unia Oświęcim 6:3 (0:2, 3:1, 3:0)
Final
- 12/30: GKS Tychy - JKH GKS Jasztrebie 3:2 OT (0:0, 2:0, 0:2, 1:0)
