The 2023-24 Polish Women's Hockey League season was the 18th season of the national women's ice hockey competition in Poland. 11 teams participated in the league, and Polonia Bytom won the championship.

Polonia Bytom did not compete in the regular season, and were automatically awarded first place. The team competed in the European Women's Hockey League as Silesia Katowice.
