The 2019-20 Liga Nacional de Hockey Hielo Femenino was the 12th season of the national women's competition in Spain. Nine teams participated in the league, and SAD Majadahonda won the championship.

The season was then suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the finals not taking place until September 7 and 12, 2020.
