The 2018-19 European University Hockey League season was contested by 12 teams and won by UMB Banska Bystrica.

North Division

There were attempts to start a North Division, but it fell through after only a few games had been played.

  • LTH Lund - Jönköping University 8:5

EHVS Växjö and KTH - The Royal Blue were also slated to compete, but did not play any games.
