The 2018-19 Alps Hockey League season was the third season of the multi-national competition featuring teams from Austria, Italy and Slovenia. 17 teams participated in the league, and HK Olimpija won the championship.

Austrian Championship

The encounters between the seven Austrian teams in the first round also counted for the Austrian championship of the Alps Hockey League (second division). The four best teams qualified for the Final Four at the end of January.
