The 2017-18 Croatian Ice Hockey League season was the 27th season of the Croatian Ice Hockey League, the top level of ice hockey in Croatia. KHL Medveščak Zagreb II won the championship by defeating KHL Zagreb in the final.

The other teams participated in the International Hockey League and only competed in the playoffs.
