The 2015 Korea Independent Hockey League season was contested by three teams and won by the Seukelrido Titans.

The Eastern Eagles folded in July and had their points annulled. They were replaced for the final two rounds of the regular season by Kyunghee University, whose games did not count as part of the competition.
