Finals
The finals of the three divisions were held on April 17, 2016.
- Division 1: The Blooies won the Matt Wheeler's Cup with a 5-0 win over SIHA
- Division 2: SIHA 2 won the John Nelson Cup over Scotia
- Division 3: HP won
