The 2015-16 DNL season was the 16th season of the Deutsche Nachwuchsliga, a junior hockey league in Germany. 12 teams participated in the league, and Jungadler Mannheim won the championship.

The top two teams received byes to the final tournament. The second-10th placed teams played off for the right to advance.
