The 2013-14 English National Ice Hockey League season was the 18th season of the league. 37 teams, divided into two conferences each with a first and second division, participated in the league, and the Solway Sharks won the Northern Conference while the Chelmsford Chieftains claimed the Southern Conference.

Widnes took Deeside's place in the semifinals as the latter club did not participate for administrative reasons. The Solihull Barons were promoted to the Moralee Division.
