The 2013-14 Balkan League was the seventh season of the league. 10 teams participated in the competition, which was divided into two groups. Ledenite Dyavoli Sofia won Group A while Ledenite Dyavoli Sofia B claimed Group B.
The Ice Sparks were a women's team.
