The 2012 Korea University Championship was the 57th edition of the competition. It was played from April 12-16, 2012.

Korea University won the tournament. Kwangwoon University returned to play four years after their ice hockey club was dissolved. They played out of competition due to questions surrounding the eligibility and nationality of their players. They had a roster comprised of only 12 skaters.
