The 2012-13 English National Ice Hockey League season was the 17th season of the league. 37 teams, divided into two conferences each with a first and second division, participated in the league, and the Blackburn Hawks won the Northern Conference while the Chelmsford Chieftains claimed the Southern Conference.

Several games were cancelled due to severe winter weather. They were not rescheduled due to a lack of effect on the overall final standings. The last placed Trafford Metros were relegated while the second-to-last Coventry Blaze played in the Relegation game.
