Ran from October 29 to December 5, 2010. Eight teams participated - HC Avangard, HC Arsenal, HC Legion, HC Mayak, HC Megamall, HC Spartak, HC Hurricane, and HC Fakel. The top 4 advanced to the playoffs.

Semifinals

• 12/24: HC Spartak - HC Mayak 2:0
• 12/25: HC Arsenal - HC Fakel 7:5

3rd place

• 12/26: HC Fakel - HC Mayak 5:4

Final

• 12/26: HC Spartak - HC Arsenal 4:1
