The 2007 ECSL season was the sixth season of the East Coast Super League. Four teams participated in the league, and the Newcastle North Stars won the championship.

Playoffs
The Newcastle North Stars defeated the Sting 5-1, 3-4, 4-2 in the final to win the title. Heat beat the Sting 5-4 and 6-3 and the North Stars beat the Ice Breakers in the semifinals.
