The 2007-08 Turkish Ice Hockey Women's League season was the second season of the national women's competition in Turkey. Polis Akademisi ve Kolej SK won the championship.

Results

Polis Akademisi ve Koleji Spor Kulübü beat Milenyum Paten Spor Kulübü 6-4 in the final. Kocaeli Büyükşehir Belediyesi Kağıt Spor finished third and Başkent Yıldızları Spor Kulübü took fourth place.
