2002 Kazakhstan Hockey Cup

The 2002 Kazakhstan Hockey Cup was the first edition of the national cup competition in Kazakhstan. It was played between October 24, 2001, and March 31, 2002. Eight teams participated in the tournament, and Kazzinc-Torpedo won the cup.
Initially, the teams were divided into two groups of 4 teams each and played a double-round tournament. The final round was held in Ust-Kamenogorsk from March 29 to 31.

- Group A: Kazzinc-Torpedo, CSKA Temirtau, Yessil Petropavlovsk, Irtysh Pavlodar.
- Group B: Barys Astana, Yenbek Almaty, Yunost Karaganda, Gornyak Rudny.
First round
- 10/24: Gornyak - Yenbek 4:1 (2:1, 1:0, 1:0)
- 10/25: Yenbek - Barys 7:3 (3:3, 2:0, 2:0)
- 10/27: Gornyak - Barys 3:1 (1:1, 1:0, 1:0)
Second round
(1/16-19)
- Gornyak - Yenbek 4:3
- Yenbek - Barys 3:2
- Barys - Gornyak 2:1
- Yunost - Yenbek 8:3
- Gornyak - Yunost 7:0
- Yunost - Barys 9:1
Final round
- 3/29: Yenbek - Gornyak 5:2
- 3/30: Kazzinc-Torpedo - Gornyak 9:2 (3:1, 5:1, 1:0)
- 3/31: Kazzinc-Torpedo - Yenbek 5:0 (1:0, 1:0, 3:0)
