The 1999-2000 English Premier Ice Hockey League season was the second season of the league, officially known this year as the English League Premier Division. Seven teams participated in the league, and the Chelmsford Chieftains won the championship.

Note: In January 2000, the Oxford Blades withdrew from the league due to financial reasons. In February, the Cardiff Devils 2 were removed from the league for disciplinary reasons. The results of both teams were erased from the standings.
