The 1986 Lithuanian SSR Winter Spartakiad was the eighth edition of the winter sports competition in the Lithuanian SSR. Seven teams participated in the ice hockey tournament, which was played in Klaipeda and Elektrenai from December 19, 1985, to January 14, 1986, and Trakų r. (Elektrenai) won the championship.
