The 1982-83 Polska Liga Hokejowa season was the 48th season of the Polska Liga Hokejowa, the top level of ice hockey in Poland. 10 teams participated in the league, and Zaglebie Sosnowiec won the championship.
Qualifier
The second team from the 1981-82 2. Liga Promotion/Relegation tournament and the second to last team from the 1981-82 Polska Liga Hokejowa played off for a spot in the PLH at the start of the season.
