The 1974 Lithuanian SSR Winter Spartakiad was the fifth edition of the winter sports competition in the Lithuanian SSR. Five teams participated in the ice hockey tournament, which was played in Vilnius from February 20-24, 1974, and Žalgiris won the championship.
