This is the 1968-69 edition of the Ahearne Cup.
The tournament was played between December 26, 1968, and January 6, 1969. All the games were played at the Johanneshovs Isstadion in Stockholm, Sweden with the exception of some of HIFK Helsinki's games that were played at Helsinki, Finland.
