The 1968 Lithuanian SSR Winter Spartakiad was the fourth edition of the winter sports competition in the Lithuanian SSR. Six teams participated in the ice hockey tournament, which was played in Šiauliai from February 21-24, 1968, and Kaunas won the championship.
