The 1966-67 Polish 3. Liga season was divided into multiple regional groups, with the top teams advancing to the final round.
Silesian Group

- Górnik Murcki II
- Jas – Mos Jastrzębie

Rzeszow Group
The following teams participated: Czuwaj Przemyśl, Gornik Gorlice, JKS Jarosław, Karpaty Krosno, Stal Sanok. At the finish line, JKS was in first, followed by Czuwaj (11 points each), however, the Przemyśl team had a match left to be played against Karpaty in Krosno. Stal took third place, and Górnik fourth (5 points each), but Górnik also had to play a match against Karpaty in Krosno. Due to the weather warming the championships could not be completed. Thus, it was undecided which team would represent the district in the promotion round to the 2. Liga.
