The 1963-64 Low Countries Cup was a competition that consisted of Dutch and Belgian teams. HYS The Hague, Amstel Tijgers, Deventer, Cercle des Patineurs Liègois, and Lille participated in the tournament.
The final was played on October 17, 1964.
