The 1960 British Championship was the second edition of the British Championship. It was won by the Brighton Tigers.
The top four teams out of the five team British National League qualified for the playoffs.

- Nottingham Panthers defeated Streatham 7:6 on aggregate (4:5, 3:1).
- Brighton Tigers defeated Paisley Pirates 11:8 on aggregate (8:3, 3:5).
Final
Two games total goals.

- Brighton Tigers - Nottingham Panthers 3:3*
(*Regulation time concluded with Nottingham having won 3:2. However, as the series was tied 5:5 on aggregate, an overtime period had to be played to decide a winner. Brighton scored first in overtime, and thus won the tournament.)
