Helsinki District

Vesa, HIFK, HJK, Karhu-Kissat, Pitäjänmäki Tarmo and Porvoon Urheilijat participated in the tournament . The winner was HIFK.

The championship was decided possibly in cup form, as the press has not found any mention of the three November matches (winners Vesa, HJK and HIFK), the semi-finals and the final between Vesa and HJK.

Häme District

In November 1960, there was such a strange thing that Tappara already won the district championship of the previous season in the new season, when it defeated Ilves 3-2 in overtime. The final of the district series was played in the fall simply because no suitable day had been found in the spring.
