- Ilves - TBK Tampere 5:1 - final - match was stopped with eight minutes remaining when the TBK players disagreed with the referee's decisions; Matti Rintakoski refused to serve his 10 minute penalty and was suspended until next January, while TBK's coach, Jari Ohlson, received a year-long ban
