The 1951-52 Moscow Region Championship was won by Red Banner Pavlovsky Posad. They beat Lokomotiv Babushkino 6:3 and 5:1, and later tied them 2:2 before beating them 9:1 in a replay. Pavlovsky Posad went undefeated on the season and won the championship. No further results are known.
