The 1947-48 English National Tournament was contested by seven teams and won by Streatham.
The game between the Nottingham Panthers and the Harringay Greyhounds was not played as Nottingham wound up stuck in Paris due to a French railroad strike. As the schedule was congested, the game was unable to be played at another date.
