1939-40 Latvian Championship

The 1939-40 Latvian Championship was the ninth season of the national ice hockey competition in Latvia. It was contested by three teams, and US Riga won the championship

• 3/6: ASK Riga - LSB Riga walkover - same reason as above

US Riga won the championship.

Lightning Tournament

Despite losing to US in the finals, ASK became the official winners of the tournament as US had more substitutes (four) than tournament rules allowed.
