The 1937-38 Jugend-Wanderpreis des OeEHV was the fifth and final edition of the Austrian junior competition. It was held from February 7-March 12, 1938.
No winner declared as, on the same day the final match on March 12 between Wiener EV and EK Engelmann Wien was intended to be contested, Austria was invaded by the Nazis, the beginning of the Anschluss. The Austrian Ice Hockey Federation was dissolved immediately after.
