"Ice hockey match in Subotica. The hockey teams of Bácska and ZHK will play on the ice next to the Zorka factory. The sport of ice hockey, which is popular abroad, arrived in Subotica last year. A match was held and teams were formed. The hockey players from Subotica struggled with the difficulties of the beginning, but it seems that hockey has finally taken root in Subotica, because this year, intensive hockey has begun on the ice next to the Aleksandrovo and Zorka factories. The two hockey teams from Subotica saw the time as ripe to go public. They decided to play a match on Sunday. There are two hockey teams operating in Subotica, the Bácska and the Zorka-Factory (Zorka-gyári) Hoki Klub. The players of the two teams are seriously preparing for the first hockey match of the year. The members of the two hockey teams are made up of the best Subotica skaters, including several well-known football players. The team lineups are as follows: Bácska: Hollósy — Begecski, Bugarinovics — Öurcsevics, Stesna, Szuvajcsics (Papp, Krmpotics, Kutetzov). ZHK: Varjas — Dttrich, Csernotics — Jónás, Russi, Gálfi (Zvekán I, Alekszi, Zvekán II.)"

The Bácska hockey team played the Zorka factory team on Saturday. In the rematch, Bácska won 3:1. Bácska's goals were scored by Bugarinovics, Andonovics and Szuvajdzsics, while the Zorka factory's goal scorer was Rusz. This time, Bácska played much better than in the first match. The Bácska defense, led by Steszná, worked excellently and reliably repelled the opponent's attacks."

"The Bácska hockey team was invited to Belgrade. The Subotica ice hockey team will play an exhibition match with Ilirija from Ljubljana on Saturday and Sunday. The Yugoslav Touring Club from Belgrade will organize a propaganda ice hockey match in Belgrade on Saturday and Sunday. This will be the first ice hockey match in the capital and since there is no ice hockey association in Belgrade, it has invited two provincial ice hockey teams. The choice of the organizing association fell on the Bácska and Ilrija hockey teams from Subotica and it will be the task of the two associations to introduce the unknown game of ice hockey to the capital of the country. The Bácska ice hockey team accepted the honorable invitation and is preparing for its first serious meeting with strong training. The Bácska ice hockey team will travel to the capital for a two-day guest appearance. Ilirija will be its opponent on both days. As part of the exhibition ice hockey matches, a figure skating competition will also be held, featuring the country's best figure skaters. The ice hockey match will be held on both days at the Sokol ice rink. The figure skating competition will also be held there on Sunday morning."

The Bácska hockey team from Subotica and the Zorkagyári Hoki Klub played a hockey match on Sunday. The heavy snowfall on Saturday made the holding of the competition questionable, as the ice was covered with thirty centimeters of snow in many places. The match was scheduled for three in the afternoon, but it only started with an hour's delay, because first the players and the audience swept the snow off the ice. The Bácska hockey team won the match and deserved it, although it can be stated that the Zorkagyári Hockey Club played especially excellently in the last third, when they reduced the size of the defeat with two nice goals. The winning team's defense deserves praise in particular, although the forward line also played excellently, goalkeeper Hotlósi defended well, and Steszna certainly repelled the attacks of the Zorkagyári team. Bulgarinovics and Szuvajdzsics deserve praise in the forward line. Jónás, Varjas and Pálfi stood out from the Zorkagyári hockey club. Tikvicki led the match well. An unfortunate accident occurred in the second period. Kutuzov, a player from Bácska, was cut with a hockey stick, who left the field injured. Kutuzov's injury is so serious that he requires medical treatment. Szuvajdzsics scored the opening goal for Bácska in the first period, then in the second period Bugarinovics and Szuvajdzsics scored two goals each against the Zorkagyári Hockey Club. The scorers for the Zorkagyári team were: Jónás (2) and Varjas."

"The Bácska ice hockey team will play in Belgrade on February 24th. The Bácska ice hockey team from Subotica will still be playing in Belgrade. The Belgrade Touring club had planned the guest appearance for the beginning of February, but due to obstacles, it was canceled. The negotiations did not break down, as a result of which Bácska will play in the capital on February 24th, where the opponent will be the Ilirija ice hockey team from Ljubljana. Bácska will play two games in the capital, one at 10:30 in the morning and one at 3:30 in the afternoon."
