Match report

An excerpt from Peter Patton's 1936 Ice Hockey publication:

"A far more even game than was anticipated. Not until five minutes before the end did Johnson get the only goal obtained as the result of an 'assist' by Babbitt. Douglas in the Cambridge goal was to a very great extent responsible for Oxford being held for so long; he had no chance of saving Johnson's shot."
