The season was impacted by mild weather, which prevented much activity from taking place.
The first game of the season was scheduled to be played on February 1, 1925, between the Riga Rowing Club and LSB Riga.[1] A competition was arranged for March 15 on LSB Riga's rink. However, it had to be cancelled due to thaw.[2]
