Played between JAHA champions Melville and Sherbrooke St. Regis.

  • 3/20: Montreal Melville - Sherbrooke St. Regis 2:1

There was going to be another cup game between Melville and St. Francois Xaviers on March 22, but it was cancelled due to poor ice.
