• 2/6: Buckingham - Hull 4:3 OT
• 2/9: Buckingham - Hull 4:3
• 2/14: Rockland - Hull - Hull defaulted and disbanded
• 2/19: Buckingham - Rockland 4:1

Rockland was declared champions after a league meeting, following their refusal to play a home-and-home series with Buckingham for the title.

Rockland advanced to the 1911-12 Ottawa District Intermediate Playoffs.
