BC Hockey League

The competition was originally divided into the East Kootenay League, composed of Coleman (AB), Fernie, and Moyie, and the West Kootenay League with Rossland, Nelson and Grand Forks. Grand Forks dropped out, instead opting to join the Boundary League, and Moyie was moved to the West division. The East division then collapsed, leaving Rossland, Nelson and Moyie to play in the BC League.

No further games were played, and Nelson won the BC League title.

Le Roi Mine and Rocky Mountain Rangers of Rossland tied. It was planned for Trail to play the winners. Industrial League?

Nicola played a series of games against Merritt for the Haddad Trophy, which they won. They then put it up for challenge in a series of games against Middlesboro and Merritt. Middlesboro defeated Nicola in the first game, but no other results are available.

The Cornwall Cup was played for by teams from New Denver, Slocan City, Nakusp, and Sandon. Kaslo also intended to compete for it, but did not. It was a challenge cup. Slocan earned the cup first by defeating New Denver twice, and later kept it by beating Nakusp in two games. Sandon also beat Slocan in a game, but did not win the cup.

In Kamloops, there were some city games played between the CPR, Banks, High School, and a team known as "The Orphans".

Leagues between Revelstoke, Vernon, Enderby, and Armstrong, and Ashcroft, Kelowna and Nicola were announced, but nothing came of them.

After the Rossland Winter Carnival, Nelson challenged Edmonton, champions of the Alberta League, to a pair of games.
