Pointe Claire Juniors, Cercle Bellevue II (Eurekas), and Cercle Bellevue III formed the Jacques Cartier Amateur Junior League in mid-January. The Jacques Cartier Amateur League was also founded on January 16, featuring Ste. Anne, Pointe Claire, Lachine and Vaudreuil.
