The Kingston city league was organized with 5 teams; the Rockwood Hockey Club, Royal Military College Cadets, Kingston Crescents, Kingston Victorias and the Kingston Limestones.

The Kingston Victorias dropped out before their scheduled first round matches with the Kingston Crescents as they didn't want to play solely for the Rink directors' benefit, but wanted a cup or medals to play for instead.

The Rockwood & RMC teams played their first round series and the remaining series appears to have been cancelled.
